Return-Exchange-Reclamation

You have 14 days to return or exchange the product for another model, color or size.

The exchange procedure is the same as the return procedure: All you have to do is send back the goods together with the completed form. Please return the items without any signs of wear. The return applies to products that have not been used or damaged. The returned item is under your care until you send it back to our warehouse, so make sure it is well packaged and will not be damaged during transport.

Delivery costs are not refundable

Please be informed that pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of December 28, 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2519), selling only by mail order, the Boco Wear store is exempted from sending fiscal receipts along with orders. Proof of purchase in the form of a receipt / invoice is not required when making a return or exchange of goods or in the event of a complaint.

It is best to send the parcel by registered mail or courier, while maintaining the confirmation of posting.

The warehouse does not accept cash on delivery parcels.
